Insurors Indemnity is looking for a strong Field Marketing Representative in New Mexico or Arizona with the experience to work remote. Commercial Insurance experience or Underwriting experience a plus!
- Acquire qualified new agencies for appointment with companies
- Train and develop new and existing agencies on all products and services
- Analyze agent performance and make recommendations to management
- Provide reports and communicate results to agents and make suggestions for improvement where needed.
- Assist other Marketing staff in onboarding of new agencies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or office management
- Insurance experience either at an insurance company or agency preferred
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel, mostly by automobile, 50% of the time
- Job conditions may require light lifting, sitting, walking and standing
- May be required to sit at a desk or computer for long periods of time
- Ability to see details of objects at a close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands and wrists
