Important Information Regarding Claims for Winter Weather Impacting Texas

We hope that you are all staying safe and warm, but in the event you need to file a weather related claim, please refer to the information below to ensure you receive the quickest service.

If your policy begins with INHO, INDF or INPL, it is a homeowners’ policy. All claims on homeowners’ policies are handled by Atlas General Agency. Please call (972) 595-6500, and have your policy number ready.

If your policy begins with BCP, GLP, MPP, CFP, or CPP, it is a commercial property & casualty policy and is serviced by Insurors Indemnity. Please visit our claims center to file a claim online. If you would like assistance filing your claim, please call (855) 759-3721. Keep in mind that filing your claim online will likely result in quicker response times due to an increased volume of phone calls.
