Waco, Texas— June 14, 2021 — Today, Insurors Indemnity announced that a definitive agreement to purchase Colonial Lloyds, pending regulatory approval, has been signed. Colonial Lloyds is a Fort Worth-based insurance carrier that has been serving the Texas homeowners insurance market since 1981.
